Liver Cleanse – Day 7

During the final three days, when you’re in The 9, your liver gets to let go, sending multitudes of troublemakers into your bloodstream for delivery out of your body. It’s the stage that completes the Liver Rescue 3:6:9 and the stage that helps you finally move the needle on your health.

Upon Waking

  • 16 ounces lemon or lime water

Lunchtime

Mid-Afternoon

Dinnertime

  • Steamed squash, sweet potatoes, or potatoes with steamed asparagus and/or brussels sprouts plus options Liver Rescues Salad

Evening

  • Apple (if desired)
  • 16 ounces lemon of lime water Hibiscus or lemon balm tea

Guidelines

  • Continue to avoid radical fats (nuts, seeds, oils, coconut, animal proteins, etc.) entirely
  • Stick to foods outlined in the accordion above; eat or drink as much as you need to feel full
